Historic Penderlea Gym

•  Includes a regulation athletic court which has lines for 1 basketball court, 1 volleyball court, and 2 pickleball courts:
•  The invoice must be paid 14 days before the event to secure the space.
•  Insurance naming Pender County as ‘additional insured’ is required to rent the auditorium.
  •  Proof of insurance is required before receiving an invoice.
• A facility attendant will be required at an additional $20 per hour.
  •  must be booked with at least 14-day notice.
  • Minimum 3-hour rental for facility attendants.
•  The building must be vacated by 10 pm.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR GYMNASIUM USE

1. Proper attire (sports or exercise clothing and sneakers) must be worn for all gym activities.

2. Food, Gum and/or drinks are prohibited on the Gym court, other than during special events when the floor cover is down.

3. Spitting and hanging on the basketball rims or any other forceful abuse to any park property is strictly prohibited.
