Housing Authority

Welcome to the Pender County Housing Authority! Our mission is to help eligible, low-income residents of Pender County access healthy, safe, affordable housing. Our programs assist families of all types including families with children, seniors, veterans and the disabled.

We administer our programs in conformity with the Fair Housing Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended.

** STARTING JULY 1ST, 2025, ALL ANNUAL RE-EXAMS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN PERSON. WE WILL NO LONGER BE MAILING ANNUAL PACKETS. TO FILL OUT AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR DESIGNATED TIME PERIOD, PLEASE GO TO THE LEFT TAB AND FILL OUT THE JOT FORM UNDER ANNUAL RE-EXAM APPPOINTMENTS. **
