The Draft is Almost Ready!

Exciting news! The draft Imagine Pender 2050 Comprehensive Land Use Plan will be available for public comment from April 28 until June 6, 2025. We heard your input during the first round of engagement, and it played an integral role in developing the draft plan.

We need your help!

Now, we would like to hear your feedback on the draft plan elements, Future Land Use Map, and the prioritization of actions that will be part of plan implementation. The decisions we make about our future through this plan will impact Pender County for the next 25 years and we encourage your participation.

Please join us during any of the following open houses for a self-guided review of the draft plan. Please choose the day that works best for you, as all events will include similar content and activities.
