Imagine Pender 2050 Survey Extended to October 29th!

Good afternoon,

Pender County needs your help. We have launched an exciting effort to imagine the future of Pender County. Shaped by community feedback, the Imagine Pender 2050 Comprehensive Land Use Plan will build a strong foundation for land use planning to envision the next twenty-five years for Pender County.

We need your help as members of the Pender County community to share this survey and encourage people to take it. It is a short survey of 10 questions along with a link to make comments on the Future Land Use Map (that is used to guide rezonings and other development decisions). Please share these links on social media, with community groups, congregations, school groups, and anyone else who lives or works in the county. The survey will be available through October 29th.

Fliers are attached with the information and QR code for the survey, as well as a link to the website where the survey is prominently posted.

If you would like printed copies, please let me know and I can print them for you. There are also social media posts on the County’s Facebook page and we would appreciate those being shared with different groups in the county.
